Guy has a wealth of experience working for high street lenders and as an Adviser for over 30 years. Guy will always offer you the most suitable advice for your specific situation – not just sell you financial products.
We have no obligation to any bank or building society. We can offer access to an array of lenders, meaning we can shop the market to find you great rates. Whereas, when you walk into a bank, they typically can only sell you their own products.

We can go as slow or as fast as you need. Guy will co-ordinate with lenders, estate agents, and solicitors so that you don't have to.
The whole process can be as quick as a few weeks but more complex situations could take a few months. It depends on the speed of the chosen lender and solicitor.
